EVENT BOOKING

Here’s a bit of information for you guys:

 

A bit about our bar:

 

The Brazen Squirrel is located at Lenbachstraße 17 in Friedrichshain, Berlin.

Our opening hours vary based on what particular events and sports are on at the time. Typically however, we are open:

 

 Sunday through Thursday from : 

17:00 - 01:00

 

And Fridays and Saturday from: 

15:00/17:00 - 02:00/03:00

 

For semi- private events we offer our back room area as a rental space: 

 

Please note: this rental space is only available Mondays to Fridays for rental purposes . 

 

The back room area of the bar is a semi private area that is capable of accommodating up to 15 - 20 people comfortably. 

 

Currently the space offers a 4K Beamer, a PS4, a microphone and a separate sound system. It’s also possible to play audio from any device with a USB-C/auxiliary connection. 

 

Important: Our sound system is not intended for loud music and must be kept at a reasonable volume. Violating the volume restrictions will result in an immediate end of the rental contract.

 

Everyone attending must be over the age of 18. 

 

If there’s any smokers, they will have to go outside. To get outside they will have to exit through our main entrance in the front of the bar. 

 

Drinks and outside seating are permitted outside until 2200 after that it’s forbidden to bring any drinks outside and we must pack up our outside seating. 

With respect to the neighbours we ask anyone that is going outside after 2200 to be quiet as to avoid any noise complaint issues. 

 

We do not a have a licence to serve food so folks are welcome to bring any food in that is already ready to eat and doesn’t require cooking. Decorations are also welcome.

We do have fridges to keep things cool in the main bar area up front if you wish to keep something cool but we do ask you not to bring any drinks as we will be in charge of that as we are a bar. 

 

There is a 300€ fee that covers the use of the room & the associated cleaning cost. 

 

The rental space is available anytime after 1700H until 02:00H. 

Monday to Friday only.

 

If you are still interested in reserving the space we can block that off for you. 

You can pay the fee on the day if you like or anytime between now and then that’s fine by us. At this current point in time we do not possess a card reader and thus cash is the preferred payment method.
